We're a family-run business with a combined experience of over 35 years in construction and property maintenance. We truly understand the challenges of void works and the time it takes to complete each job, however, we are committed to our clients and work as hard as we can to complete a job on time and to a standard that any client will be pleased with.

At South West Voids and Maintenance, we take pride in conducting ourselves safely and efficiently on each job. We work with local authorities and landlords to maintain, renovate and completely refurbish their properties, with both high quality and affordability.

We can conduct any work, from repairs and maintenance to demolition and re-fits; there is no job to difficult for us, in fact, we appreciate the challenge!

OUR HISTORY

South West Voids and Maintenance was established in 2023 as a solution to the growing need for high-quality contractors in the commercial and public sectors. Our company was founded as a family effort, each with different roles and specialisations and it was clear that we recognized the lack of reliable and efficient service providers in the South West.

We quickly established ourselves as a leader in the industry by providing a wide range of services including void cleaning, repairs and maintenance, planned works, gas services, electrical services, and fire safety and compliance. Our small team of highly skilled technicians are equipped with the latest tools and up-to-date training to ensure that every job is completed to the highest and most recent standards.
